The Non-Smoking Superior Queen Metro Tower Room was a huge letdown. It smelled like smoke when we walked in, and I noticed dust everywhere. Found a pair of someone else's socks in the drawer, which was super gross. We had to switch rooms, and the wait for a new key took forever. Just really disappointing overall, didn't feel clean at all.

This place is just a suitable option for a brief visit in San Jose with exceptional value. The food served during the conference was consistently very good and always at the perfect temperature. Make sure to plan for potential parking delays when conferences are happening.
